BUMPER EDITION
Please find attached the Church Connections for two weeks being Sunday 28th April and Sunday 5th May. [I have finally (hopefully) resolved my internet issues and back working efficiently.] Unfortunately some events are a little outdated.Â

Chris led both our services and they were very much appreciated. Â

Australia's Biggest Morning Tea
On Sunday 5th May we celebrated Australia's Biggest Morning Tea after the service. We raised $140.50 for the Cancer Council. Check out the pictures in the May Newsletter out now.Â
Update on Chris Booth
Chris advised us at worship on Sunday 5th May that he had accepted a Call to Monash Uniting from June. He will conclude at the end of May. Congratulations Chris and Many Thanks for your time with us.Â
Upcoming Events
Saturday 25th May 4.00 - 7.00 pm is a Latin Cultural Festival arranged by our Spanish speaking congregation who worship on Sunday afternoons. Â
Sunday 26th May at 2.00 pm Oakleigh Brass will have a concert in the church.
Sunday 2nd June 2 pm Rev Bill Morgan is celebrating 80 years of Ordination at Glen Waverley Uniting Church. Bill married Duncan & Yvonne Greensmith (many years ago) and has also preached at a service at St David's before Duncan passed away.

Next Edition
We may not have a Church Connections next weekend as Papa Toko will be taking the service.
